Job Title: Administration Support Auxiliary Member
Reports to: Secretary or Administrative Lead
Job Summary:
The Administration Support Auxiliary Member assists with data entry, document management, and supports organizational functions by ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective communication.
Duties:
Perform data entry tasks, including hours, training certificates, and member group assignments in D4H.
Assist in cleaning up and organizing the D4H database. Train team members on using D4H.
Support the secretary with agenda preparation, note-taking, and drafting meeting minutes.
Provide support to the policy team by preparing and editing documents.
Perform other duties or cover for another auxiliary member as needed.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, D4H).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
