Administration Support

Job Title: Administration Support Auxiliary Member

Reports to: Secretary or Administrative Lead

Job Summary:

The Administration Support Auxiliary Member assists with data entry, document management, and supports organizational functions by ensuring accurate record-keeping and effective communication.

Duties:

  • Perform data entry tasks, including hours, training certificates, and member group assignments in D4H.
  • Assist in cleaning up and organizing the D4H database.
    Train team members on using D4H.
  • Support the secretary with agenda preparation, note-taking, and drafting meeting minutes.
  • Provide support to the policy team by preparing and editing documents.
  • Perform other duties or cover for another auxiliary member as needed.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, D4H).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
